Recreation Facilities
The private facilities available to Fontana residents include a Clubhouse with meeting room, lounge, kitchen and exercise room, a 25-meter swimming pool and toddler pool, a playground, and two tennis courts.
Rules and Regulations
All homeowners should have a copy of the 
Pool and Clubhouse Rules and
Regulations. These rules are for the protection and benefit of all
homeowners, and parents are encouraged to caution their children to observe all
rules.
Clubhouse
The Clubhouse hours are 5:30 AM - 11:00 PM, seven days a week. The Clubhouse is equipped with a security alarm, so these hours must be strictly observed. Each homeowner is given a key by the Welcoming Committee shortly after moving to Fontana.
The Clubhouse consists of two floors: the upper floor includes a formal meeting/sitting room with couches, fireplace and conference table, an outdoor terrace, and offices occupied by the developer and his agents. The lower floor includes a family-oriented recreation room with couches (recently replaced), TV, fireplace and foosball and ping pong tables, a kitchen and dining tables, two bathrooms, and an exercise room. For parents' convenience, there is now a baby changing unit installed in one of the bathrooms on the lower floor. No smoking or pets are allowed on either floor of the Clubhouse.
Both the upstairs meeting room and the downstairs recreation room are available for homeowner rental. For more information, see the Clubhouse Rentals page.
No 24-hour overnight parking is allowed in either the upper or lower Clubhouse parking lots. Vehicles left overnight may be towed at the owner's expense.
Swimming Pool
The pool is open each year from the Saturday before Memorial Day until Labor Day. Pool hours are 5:30 AM to 10:00 PM. All children under 13 years of age must be supervised by a member 16 years of age or older. A toddler pool is available for supervised children 8 years old or younger. Each Fontana household may bring up to four guests to the pool per day (overnight and/or out-of-town house guests are exempt from this rule). Members must remain at the pool with their guests at all times and are responsible for guests' behavior. Please remove your trash and belonging, including toys and towels, upon leaving the pool area. All lost and found items will be disposed of once a week
A gas grill has been placed at the pool for everyone's use! The Recreation Committee asks that if you use the grill, please turn the gas off and clean the grates. It is each user's responsibility to clean up after using the grill; it will not be cleaned as part of the regular Clubhouse cleaning schedule. Please observe safety guidelines at all times.
Playground
A play structure, swingset, picnic table and benches are located at the Clubhouse behind the swimming pool. Please note the play area is closed from dusk until dawn, and adult supervision is required at all times. Please observe the posted age limit of the playground.
Tennis Courts
The tennis courts are located near the Clubhouse, across the parking lot from the swimming pool. Use of the tennis courts is first-come, first-serve. Please see the tennis court rules for more information.
